Government Contracting

Ready to Work With Cities, Towns & Public Agencies

Municipal Web Works is built to support local government technology needs through small projects, purchase orders, RFQs, RFPs, emergency repairs, and ongoing service agreements.

How We Contract

Fixed-fee scopes with line-item deliverables, net-30 invoicing, W-9 and certificate of insurance provided up front, and a single point of contact who stays on the project from kickoff through closeout. We can quote against your micro-purchase threshold, respond to informal three-vendor quotes, or submit a full RFP response with separate technical and pricing volumes.

Procurement Vehicles

The buying mechanisms we routinely work under. If your agency uses something not listed, ask — we likely can.

  • Purchase order (PO) under your micro-purchase threshold
  • Sole-source quote for emergency or specialized work
  • Informal RFQ response (3-vendor quote)
  • Formal RFP response with technical and pricing volumes
  • Cooperative purchasing / piggyback contracts
  • Master Services Agreement (MSA) with task orders
  • Monthly retainer for ongoing support
  • Time-and-materials for emergency incident response
